About Me
I help fintech builders create innovative products. I’m a 2x fintech GC with 20+ years of hands-on experience advising lenders of all sizes, from early-stage startups to leading financial institutions and industry trade groups to leading institutions of higher education throughout the entire life cycle of designing, launching, and operating consumer and small-business financial products.

- Outside counsel to a consortium of leading student loan providers in assisting the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in the preparation of its Private Student Loan report to Congress.
Acted as external in-house product counsel to small-business lender designing and implementing a small-business credit card program.
